This adds the
chess960andfrccommands as well as a function on theStatestruct to enable/disable theUCI_Chess960option on stockfish.perftree now sends
setoption name UCI_Chess960 value {bool}to stockfish whenchess960 [bool]orfrc [bool]is used.
